2. Non-Cancellable Services:
Services such as custom strategy creation, ad setup, campaign execution, or consulting sessions are non-cancellable once initiated, as they involve dedicated time and resource allocation.
3. Refund Requests Due to Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with the service quality, please raise a concern with our customer success team within 1 day of service delivery initiation. We will assess the concern internally and, if valid, offer a suitable resolution at our discretion, which may include partial refunds or corrective support.
4. External Vendor Involvement:
For services that involve third-party platforms or tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools), any technical or performance issues governed by those platforms are to be handled in accordance with their respective policies.
5. Refund Timeline:
If a refund is approved by GADAVI CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, the amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days from the approval date.
